Juicy Eggplant stores account details, profile claims, reviews, support tickets, and marketplace requests so we can run the directory, moderation, and business dashboard.

We use Supabase for authentication and database storage. Account metadata can include email, account type, date-of-birth confirmation, verification status, claims, support requests, reviews, and marketplace activity.

We do not sell personal support or verification information. Public profile content, approved reviews, ratings, and directory listings may be visible to visitors.

Support tickets are visible to the person who submitted them and to admins. Verification and ownership data is reviewed by admins for trust and safety.
